Hi John,
We can't thank you enough for being a part of our wedding. Even though there were a few minute glitches, the ceremony was still absolutely wonderful. It turned out great and it has definitely been a topic of conversation with everyone. Also, THANK YOU for writing our ceremony out and giving us a copy! I remember being up there thinking, "Ok, pay attention and try to remember as much as you can!". But, with so many thoughts and emotions, it was difficult to remember it all! I do remember really enjoying the 'Hands Holding Yours' moment. It was quite lovely and I do hope other couples incorporate that into their ceremonies. Truly, we can't thank you enough - it was perfect!

John did a wonderful job at our wedding. His ceremony was exactly what we wanted. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and he wrote a beautiful ceremony that fit our needs and desires. He had the right amount of seriousness mixed with the right amount of humor for those moments in the ceremony that needed a giggle! Our ceremony flowed smoothly and really reflected me and my husband as a couple, which is the best anyone could ever hope for! I would recommend John to anyone; he was FANTASTIC!!!

We interviewed a few officiants before choosing John Melchinger at A Perfect Witness. We felt he was very knowledgeable and well-read, shared great chemistry with us making us feel very very at ease. He had great ideas to personalize our ceremony with our theme (oak tree) and non-traditional religious views. We had an initial in-person meeting and the rest was email and phone communications. John created a very eloquent, beautiful, unique ceremony just as we had envisioned. He also included bilingual (Spanish) portions to honor my Latin heritage. There was laughter and plenty of happy tears. John was ready with a handkerchief when I nearly started bawling halfway through my vows! =) We want to thank John for making our wedding such a special moment.

I have been blessed that my family accepts Michael with open arms into my family. Which a couple years prior would never have been the case. My family is very traditional and would never have been okay. I think that there comes a point that they let go and release there beliefs and are just happy for the children.
